Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your VibeDecor purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging with all protective materials must be intact
  • All tags and labels must remain attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Candles & home fragrance products that have been used or removed from original packaging
  • Custom or made-to-order lighting pieces (including chandeliers and flushmounts)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends)
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all protective materials
  4. Ship your return to our Raleigh studio using the provided return label (return shipping fees may apply)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
