Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags and protective materials must be intact
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles & home fragrance products once they’ve been used or removed from their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order lighting pieces (including chandeliers and flushmounts) are also final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our design enthusiasts at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends).
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship your return to our Raleigh studio using the provided return label (return shipping fees may apply).

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
